Caring For Our Residents

Annabel House has a Philosophy of Care which represents our commitment to giving our residents dignity and respect and provide them with the highest level of care.

Each resident is allocated a member of staff as their Key Worker. This Key Worker will have a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the resident’s needs and care and can be easily contactable to ensure excellent communication. At the present time Peter Osowski, our Deputy Manager is the Key Worker for all of the residents at Annabel House.

We consider Annabel House to be our residents’ home. In keeping with our philosophies, we provide a friendly caring atmosphere for residents, relatives and visitors. Visitors are encouraged to visit us at any time of the day.

In order to improve communication between our residents and their loved ones, we provide a monthly written care update.
